Customer Service Advisor
Our Client is a leading supplier of utilities solutions to business across the UK. Based in Brighton they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their Customer Service team.
The Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers with queries, questions or even complaints on service and ensuring a smooth / positive experience throughout their journey.
Duties include:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, etc.
- Resolve issues related to accounts, billing, and service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Welcome new clients and ensure they have all the information they need.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client services.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to find solutions.

In return a salary of £23,000 per annum + performance bonuses is provided. A holiday allowance that increases with length of service and a full benefits package (health insurance, wellness programs, etc.).
